ok, i am a dork. and a slacker. i haven't taken the time i should to figure out the layout of this website.  but i am busy, so ttthhhhbbbbbtttt!! we will all get  over it, now won't we?!   ;)

 i do intend to be more active here. i really do, so don't feel like i have ignored you on purpose or anything, ok? i have just had a really intense month or two...to say the least. (if you really wanna know what went on, i'll tell you...but i don't feel much like getting into it right now)

i am glad spring is here! i never really cared too much either way, being able to see the beauty in each season, but this morning while i was about to wake the kids for school i looked out the bathroom window and was watching the sunrise thru the trees. i noticed, for the first time in recent history, just how beautiful the bright pink of the azaleas looked against the light green of the new leaves and grass. then i saw all of the other flowers and thier magnificent colors and i had to catch my breath!! it was awe inspiring!! i had never seen the imense beauty of spring in that way before. it was perfect and pristine and almost ethereal.  i was suddenly thankful for the azaleas,with thier bright hues (and crazy pollen) and the newly sprouted leaves on the oaks. i was thankful for color, it is such a stark difference from the drab lifeless grey of winter, and i am glad i could see it.

hello everyone!

wow, i am so excited to have found this site!! i am a fairly new pagan in practice, but an old one at heart. i have always been drawn to the old ways, just never knew how to find them. i am learning and would like any guidance anyone is willing to offer.

personally, i am a happily married mother of 3. i teach preschool and try and keep my home from being completely overrun by dirty diapers and dishes!! i live in lower alabama...not the most pagan-friendly place i have ever been to, but it works for now.

i am looking forward to meeting all sorts of new and interesting people.
